Konoha 11 mentality

I wouldn't consider none of them childish, but some of them have some annoying flaws:
Sakura - became an extremely accomplished shinobi, yet continues to be an emotional trainwreck whenever Sasuke is involved. Almost as if she didn't grow since chapter 1.
Hinata - "Naruto-kun this", "Naruto-kun that". Her whole life revolves around fangirling about Naruto, yet their relationship doesn't develop. Its more than time to move on to the next chapter.
Kiba - thinks he can be Hokage and represents some sort of competition to Naruto Lol

Hinata - wait, you need personality to even have a flaw. For her, it's as if Naruto spat in her head and bolted her scull shut. Nothing gets in, nothing goes out. It's an isolated area for intellectual capacity.
So, from that list, I don't know why Naruto thinks he'll ever succeed in this regard. Kiba is just a moron. The rest seem fine to me.
