Konan can't kill her or her summon.
But what's more important: she can't outlast Tsunade.

Explosive Paper Clones are filler, though its not like explosions are going to harm Katsuyu.

All Konan can do is stay up in the air, she can't win as he can't deal considerable damage to Tsunade let alone beat her. Either she gets defeated by Tsunade or Tsunade outlasts her. Either way, she loses.

Explosive Paper Clones are filler, though its not like explosions are going to harm Katsuyu.

Konan was able to activate millions of paper bombs at once and all she said was "took a little more chakra then i had hoped" lol even if it was with prep that is a big chakra/stamina feat i mean its not like staying in the air would drain her very much ..if at all

Konan could easily pierce katsuyu in the brain ( which slugs to have) And has been shown to create piercing objects (like i showed above)

Katsuyu can easily dodge a long range spear coming at her from above in the sky, or she can split apart, or she can melt it with Acid.

and if all the paper clones use that same object from different directions she cant burn them all . . and if she separates then that gives konan a chance to lower herself and attack tsunade directly . where she has no means of offense as it takes a little bit for katsuyu to form back to her huge self ..
