She'd be fine.

We already saw her paper outdo Jaraiya's fire style. You'd need a wide spread fire style or a stronger one I guess. Water apparently doesn't affect her paper either. Jaraiya ended up using oil instead.

I agree. Konan is one of the most underestimated characters in the entire series. I don't think we ever got to see her full potential.
