yea, Gai pushes them to train, but all we ever see tenten do is complain. face it, yeah, she's good and throwing stuff, but if you honestly think that konana cant dodge shuriken...then you are sadly mistaken, If this were a yugioh thread, you would probably have some credibility, but its obvious you underestimate konan...understandbly i guess, but dont understand how you can put tenten up so high that she hasnt even shown improvement since the beginning. Other than Videogame attacks, Tenten isnt worth anything, heck, she barely ever even shows up in flashbacks. Tenten would be more like, the main character for fodder ninja at best...smh.Tenten has dead accuracy, letting her take out small scraps of paper (keep in mind Gai is her sensei, and all the training Gai makes his team do. it's not impossible that she's trained for really small targets, and it has been said that she has 10/10 accuracy).
She can take out a wall of paper with Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction.
If she's surrounded by paper, she has Rising Twin Dragons. 10/10 accuracy.

Konan fought Jiraiya alongside Pain's Animal Path. then she got small clipits of fights that may or may not have happened in Konoha. and then she fought Tobi with a tech she'd been prepairing for years. you can't really say Konan has so much more screen time than Tenten.
And Konan can dodge shuriken and kunai, but Tenten is literally the best at throwing weapons, so everything we've seen with weapons (possibly even Itachi and Sasuke's shuriken contest) is a tribute to how great Tenten is, seeing as she's even better.
everyone is under and over estimating everyone; we may have the most unbaised opinions here.

Konan demonstrated the ability to put chakra into the paper to make it as hard and sharp as shuriken; there's no way Tenten's weapons would penetrate a wall of paper.
You assume all of this if Konan is not moving the paper and performing an attack. If Tenten is surrounded by paper, she'll be unable to reach for the scrolls, and it's over.
Even if Tenten and Konan went at it with just projectiles, Tenten would run out of chakra summoning all of the weapons she needed.
And of course they're not arguments. But there's still no way that Tenten could beat Konan.

She can't only "turn herself into paper", she can remove her body from danger and then use it to attack an opponent a thousand times over. Plus, we haven't even seen her fight that much. She's assuredly capable of much more.
