Konan has more experience and has shown a lot more than suigetsu ...
so i guess konan wins, but very close between them ...

Water does not effect Konan at all because she has been seen standing in the rain and not getting soggy at all.
I'm going for draw because I can't see either of them killing one another.

Just start by saying, I like the fact you've made a different thread to the Itachi and Minato Sasuke balls ones. Hence the rep.
I do think though that Suigetsu would take this as the badass tech's that Konan would use which I do think would hit him hard, would still not do full damage as Suigetsu is strong against fire & explosions.
It is a case of her being the wrong element, that said, she could totally change the terrain and stay far away and bombard him hard.
I think it would be close, Suigetsu would take a hella beating. But he would win.

how do you know konan has more experience? suigetsu was supposed to be the second coming of zabuza and not much can hurt him besides raiton and bijuu damas.
