Real - impossible he already dead.
Soul - konan doesn't have edo tensei so he cannot summon him
Zombie - same reason. no edo tensei

Well "Zombie" could we maybe, since Kabuto used Orochimaru's technique to revive him together with the other dead Akatsuki members, so we might get him to see sometimes.

perhaps we could see flashbacks of nagato, but honestly I don't think we will get to see much of the konan vs madara fight, unless it's realy short
