While gaara might have the skill to be able to use wind element, i have never seen him use it. Just because he was born in a region where wind element is common it dosnt mean he can do it.

Just like konoha is meant to have fire as its most common chakra type, it dosnt. Not everyone can do it. especially since the uchiha are pretty much gone

Gaara controlls chakra- fused sand with wind. that's why he can't do that when it's wet. Because it's just too heavy for wind to lift and manipulate freely. Take sand to ur hand and blow on it and then take wet sand and blow. xd

when was it said she had wind AFFINITY, and gaara difenntly has a EARTH affinity which is why he has sand based attacks apart from being the host of shukaku

His element is clearly wind. No one say he had it just cause he lived in the sand. He simply added that most people in the sand have wind nature.

oh sorry sorry...i think she has wind,earth and water natures...we already see that yamoto mixed earth and water to make wood style with trees and maybe wind to cut em down...i think we will still learn more about konan and stuff from some edo tho....

I decline, i will note show you a page for something I know to be true. He has used plenty of wind jutsu and if you need verification you can look for yourself during the period when Gaara was turned half shukaku after the chunnin exams
