At first, I also thought that Sasori sould be older than Konan, but it's the other way around. They should be pretty close in age, that's why it's confusing.

According to my approximate Timeline, both of them should have been born before the start of the Second Ninja World War and both of them sould have lost their parents during the war.

She should be around Minato's age.
