The Ame orphans were all 9-13 when Jiraiya trained them. Jiraiya was somewhere around 25-30. He died at 54. Konan and Nagato should be around 40-45. End.

That link doesn't take you to Nagato. It shows you one of Nagato's paths known as Pein. Specifically, the Deva path who was Yahkio, Nagato's best friend. Yahiko would actually be a lot older if his body was not made a path. Paths were dead people and they stay the same age as the body was when it became deceased. Yahiko, who was around Nagato and Konan's age when he died was about 25 which is why as a path he appears to be 25. He died a a while back when Nagato and the old akatsuki were going against Hanzo the salamander. In the manga when he was brought back to life Nagato appeared to be an old man who soon regained his youth by absorbing a mass amount of chakra. To be honest, Nagato is pretty old and so is Konan. Konan could even be using her paper ninjutsu to hide her true appearance since she can cover herself with sheets of paper to look however she wants. No matter what their real age is, Nagato and Konan are fairly old and for sure past the age of 25.
