*as soon as i focused as much as raiton chakra , i compress it a bit so that i can burst it largely and as the compression was done i immediately release it in a sudden burst*

ok.. it appears i need to explain more, its ok... lol
basically with this technique, you need to change the nature of your raiton chakra from normal electricity into light, basically, you do this by, charging the electricity though the cells on the surface of your body, be careful in doing so as it could lead to you harming yourself, then you use the energy to excite the particles in your skin, then, cut off the energy supply, the particles will revert to their original state and give out light... ok? xd

right, now here is the hard bit, pour masses of raiton chakra into the chidori, and extend the form into lightning bolts that spread out from the palm of your hand, then rotate these bolts in a circle around you, slowly increasing the diameter of the circle ( remember to condese and control the chakra at all times, this is a highly advanced and dangerous technique)
