Just like the tittle says. lets say that Naruto this time will fight back and not just dodge the raikage who would win?

Dodging A's attack and being able to fight him are two different things. It means he's faster, but doesn't mean he's strong enough to deal enough damage to A.

If it's a real fight I think A would win. Naruto dodged A but that doesn't mean he can move at that speed throughout the entire fight. Naruto's gonna have openings and that's all the chance A needs to hit him with one of his nintaijutsu moves

Not only Naruto is faster, but he can also make clones that are as strong and fast as himself, and hes waaay better when it comes to strategy. I dont see any chance for A to win this.
