is heading towards his new research location (a ladies only hot spring) when an unknown ninja suddenly appears asking him to fight."Look! who ever you are this is not the right time. Get lost or I'll have to kill you!!"
As Kladara saw a tall and a big shinobi appearing before him , he asked him for a nice fight but the latter responded harshly .
Jiraiya of Kumogakure ... Well , I've heard of you . Everyone in your village are strong . However , you should prove to me that you're worthy of being a Kumo nin . Oh , I'm Kladara Uchiha from Sunagakure
Finishing his sentence , Kladara analyzed the terrain first . The terrain was a dense forest with many trees/bushes/shrubs being everywhere . He smirked and turned his head to Jiraiya "Guess by the end of the fight this forest will be a ruined land ." Right after this , Kladara channelled Doton chakra into the ground by slamming hands and created few spikes beneath his opponent who lost balance . Gaining advantage of this , Kladara tried to approach him a little by stepping and running with a fair speed . Now they are in a short range . While the opponent was still struggling to get rid of the spikes , Kladara performed handseals and gathered Katon chakra into his lungs and released few fireballs toward the opponent .

Jiraiya could not reply to Kladara due some network and internet connection problem but after solving the issue he spoke xD "Kladara Uchiha, you say? I don't take interest in remembering a male person's name... and as for the forest there's no need to destroy it. Ill end this quick !"
So saying Jiraiya gets ready and he notices his opponent's movement of hand about to slam the ground.
"An attack!! Shit!"
As his opponent slams the ground. He performs a quick simple jutsu fast enough to get out of the spot before the opponent's jutsu could take full effect, leaving behind a block of wood in his place.
Jiraiya now behind a tree, out of the opponent's sight, creates a clone of himself and sends the clone to engage his opponent. The clone throws few kunai's at the opponent aiming for the head and stomach.
He, himself, then hides beneath the ground before his opponent could find him and while he is busy engaging the clone.
Beneath the ground he could sense what was going on in the ground above and thought...
"What are those other ninja (PK, -Best- and Sixpaths) doing here? Shit! they were following me to the ladies only hot spring. I knew some one was following me " xD, xD

Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

As the stone spikes hit Jiraiya , Kladara thought he got him but he then realized the enemy used Kawarimi no Jutsu and replaced his body with a branch of wood . Now Kladara had lost sight of the opponent . "Tch ... This is not enough to force me use my Sharingan , Jiraiya !" Once saying these words , Kladara heard the sound of some kunais coming at him . He quickly turned his head to the direction of the kunais were coming and quickly countered them with other kunais . Then he saw a clone , coming out from a certain tree . Kladara smirked and started to dash . By giving momentum to every part of his body , Kladara jumped 80 centimeters and then by pointing his right leg towards he kicked the clone in the face , who just got past the tree . Finishing the clone , Kladara started to think . He stopped and started to stare at the tree the clone appeard . After some moments a bird came and landed on his head , while he was thinking . "Now , the enemy used Kawairimi to dodge my stone spikes . This means that he would have gotten somewhere else , which most likely is the tree the clone appeard ! You were not being careful ... Jiraiaya !" Kladara went behind the tree but there was no one . "This will not be a problem too ." He started to perform the handseals Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake , channelled Doton chakra into the Dragon Veins by slamming palms , and teared the earth apart in two pieces . Kladara then noticed Jiraiaya who was staying there to get a chance to attack Kladara . The latter gave a smirk to his face and saw Jiraiaya's scared face . "You cannot escape from me ." Kladara then decided to finish Jiraya . Quickly without wasting time , Kladara gathered Raiton chakra and raised his right hand in the air , channelling Raiton chakra and then quickly released the said chakra to Jiraiya , knocking him down .

As Jiraiya waited for his opponent to act, he came to realize that his clone was destroyed. Then he sensed his opponent moving towards the tree he was hiding before, so he digs through the ground and changed his location, now slightly behind the opponent.
Position:
Tree---you---me.
As his opponent was no more than a meter away from the tree Jiraiya then suddenly lets out a diagonal earth pillar that hits his opponent from behind slightly above his bump and pinned him to the tree.
Now emerging from the ground, Jiraiya also creates spikes around the earth pillar that further pierced his opponent in his stomach and lower chest.
He then walks up to the opponent who is badly hurt or possibly dead by now and after getting close enough......
"I told you to leave me alone..... May you rest in pieces"
So saying Jiraiya gathers his right hand with raiton chakra and lets out a wave of lightning that ripped his opponent to multiple pieces.

The moment Kladara saw the enemy wasn't there , he immediately thought he might've changed location but too late . The diagonal earth pillar hit him and bumped him to the tree . Once coming to an understanding that the enemy was performing another jutsu , Kladara quickly performed Ox handseal , pointed his hands toward and created a lighting wall in front of him to protect him for the spikes . Now that Kladara is behind the lighting wall , Jiraiya cannot see him . Thus, Kladara made a backflip and jumped to a near tree without Jiraiaya seeing him .

Doing this , Kladara molded chakra and heated it in his lungs . Then he released a small ball of bright fire that burned down the near trees along with Jiraiaya who still didn't know where Kladara was .

Not a valid move.
Timeframe:
1. You're walking towards the tree in order to check behind it. (You haven't checked yet)
2. Upon you reaching about a meter to the tree the earth pillar hits you from behind. So, you're forced into the tree with your front facing the tree.
3. While all these are happening, I emerge from the ground. Then I create spikes to poke out around the pillar (not new pillar) that hit you and forced you to the tree. The emergence of spikes pierces you in stomach and lower chest.
I did check the tree . and another fact is that I used the technique that teared the ground apart , and we strangely forgot thet the tree got swallowed along with the earth being torn apart .

The earth tearing thing doesnt happen....
Again time-frame:
1. You destroy my water clone with a kick.
2. Then you decide to check behind the tree and walks towards the tree.
3. I change positions and when you reached the tree at about a meter, I shot out the earth pillar...
4. And so on....

5. Jiraiya creates the earth pillar and hits kladara and smashes him to the tree.
6. You didnt specify that you have turned towards Jiraiya before forming the lightning wall, so since you are facing the three as of now you will be hit by the Earth spikes.
7. H A D E S. the last lightning technique will not happen as it is short ranged and the opponent is at Mid rang.
