When Kladara realized Jiraiaya had changed postion , he got hit by an earth pillar and got bumped to the tree with his face . When Jiraiaya emerged from the earth , Kladara had already the time to mold the chakra and create a lighting armor from his body . This way he would be safe from any attack . The moment Jiraiaya performed the spikes , it didn't do anything since the raiton armor tanked the spikes . This countering them , Kladara backflipped 10 meters away to save his mid range ... Kladara wiped the blood on his mouth and started to perform a handseal . Then he channelled the chakra instantly in Jiraiaya's area and caught him in a genjutsu . Kladara threw a kunai with that was wrapped with paper bomb , but Jiraiaya was seeing a clone of Kladara that was ready to punch him . Pointing the kunai on Jiraiya's stomach from the start , it hit Jiraiaya and the paper bomb exploded once it came into contact .
Even if you can't counter this , you sure are the winner of this battle .
I accept the defeat .

Jiraiya saw how his pillar and the spikes were destroyed by a lightning technique.
"Lightning eh?"
He then saw his opponent was jumping away from him. So he performs three handseals and creates a Water Whip which he lashed it forward in order to bind the opponent, who was now performing some form of handseals.
"Shit! am I too late?!"
Indeed he was too late, but somehow nothing happened. ( Your genjutsu is of short range. So, no illusion for me ).
So, his water whip continues and binds his confused opponent (confused becoz, he'd be surprised why his genjutsu didn't work). He then channels waves of electricity through the water whip that would electrocute his opponent and leave him in pain.
He then releases his technique and walks over to Kladara and then bent his knees near Kladara....
"You said your name was Kladara Uchiha, right?....well you are one stubborn ninja Kladara. Not that I am any less hehehe I kinda like you. I think we had enough fight for one day. Let's go grab a beer together instead. Also, I know a nice ladies hotspring near by. We could check the view there after the beer, eh? What do you say?"
Puts out his right hand so as to help Kladara get up.
While putting out his hand he then looks around and shouts...
"Where are those perverted bunch of morons from before? (-PK-, SixPaths, Osmon and -Best-) xD lol. Lets all go together"

PS: I think you were not serious enough this round. I think you purposely made that genjutsu mistake.

As Kladara made a mistake , he got scared when he got binded by the water technique . As he got near Kladara , the latter saw with with a look which means a question . As he heard Jiraiya's words , Kladara closed his eyes and smiled . Then he opened them back and responded . Kladara may look tough , but inside he still was a little kid who's lost in the Ninja World .
Jiraiya , thank you for the fight . Next time , I will be more careful and not make such ridiculous mistakes ... I am afraid I will not be joining you this time , I am returning to Sunagakure . We will meet again , maybe in a harsh war between Suna and Kumo ? God knows . This match clearly showed we are somehow equal .
Kladara then jumped and said his final words .
"...Next time we meet , one of us will die ."
