Kizaru by far he also seems faster not even lighting vs light but just in general reaction speed along with foot (watch the film when he fights former admiral I know it's not cannon but how they fight I believe that's how kizaru Would fight in a one on one challenge against someone who he feels he cannot one shot lol)

Lightnung doesnt travel with the speed of light, but i think lightning provides mire light than kizaru

I think Enel do moves like a lightning bolt seemingly at the lightning speed but Kizaru has to make a channel before going light speed.
Naturally, Light is faster than lightning...
But,
Enel is totally a lightning man but Kizaru is different, since light itself doesn't have any physically offensive properties, Kizaru uses kicks mostly... Ex. his best move probably where many light orbs physically bombard the target.
I'm leaning towards Enel.

Fair point, I hadn't thought of that I was just assuming OP meant they take damage any time they're hit. Idk though.
Rereading the OP I think we all missed the point and it seems like it was my fault lol. The thread didn't actually say who would win it's who is stronger. Enel's fruit may just be the stronger fruit. I can't recall how strong Kizaru's light beams have been shown to be but I don't recall them cutting through much like a laser would. If Kizaru's lights can be as strong as lasers(which they should sense lasers are light) then Kizaru's stronger if not Enel's powers may be stronger despite Kizaru being stronger than Enel.

I love the argument ppl use for kizuru being too fast. Lmao.. almost laughable
when there has been plenty of times ppl fought him.. his df powers are nothing more then light lasers.. they travel at the speed of lasers (Kuma mouth lasers are sampled after those if im correct) he can move at the speed of light WHEN he turns himself into the light property and dismantle himself as seen vs apoo i think, but anybody with haki can dodge him.. Ppl overestimate him so bad. Even if this isnt a full battle.. People are foolish to think enel will get speed blitz... Not to mention, enel power is not only fast but wayyyyyyyyyyyy more destructive. Ima give this W to enel high dif

Give Eneru some Armament Haki, Give him a Minigun that shoots Seastone, Give him plot armour a mile thick, and he still gets trashed.
Vice admirals would already do the trick. He was a cocky 'god' that thought he couldn't be hit.
The reason Luffy won was because he was made out of rubber, but the reason Enel lost was not because Luffy was made out of rubber.
There is a difference, Enel was supposed to be faster, stronger and he had haki and multiple weapons. There were more ways to kill luffy then with his powers, he should've done so.
Luffy beat him in gear 1, any vice admiral would soru around pre-skip Enel for days and give a haki coated *****slap to the face.

Ignore "Let's pretend Kizaru doesn't have Hak and put two Logias who can't hurt each other in a battlei" is unreasonable? Okay, whatever you say. What the hell are we to discuss when Enel and Kizaru can't hurt each under these stipulations? Just throwing lightning and light at each other for a few days until they fall asleep or go for a piss?

Without haki, plot & hype......so....they don't exist? Feats are also apart of the plot so how are we even supposed to discuss this? Light vs Lightning? Either one has little effect on the other so its a standstill.
