With his white hair and the yellow glow in his eyes, Kiyoshi looks like a sharp white wolf. He has a tattoo above his right eye, a scar along his nose, and usually wears his red scarf at an adequate level to mask the lower part of his face. For the rest, he wears clothes which are mostly dark in order to enhance stealth, and tight enough to prevent any inhibitions to rapid movements.
Personality
Kiyoshi is the silent type of guy who likes nature, peace and harmony rather than interacting with people. Thus, he is somewhat cold and distant towards people. He likes music and often visits establishments that offer such entertainments. His favorite food is potato in all its forms; fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc…
Kiyoshi is very sharp in combat and never lets his fears and doubts show. He likes to devise strategies to restrain his opponents before that one can make any moves as he believes “prevention is better than cure”.

Background Info
History Part 1: Growing up
Kiyoshi was born and lived on the east border of Amegakure. When he was 10 years old, his little brother of 8 years old, Toshiro, was kidnapped by the Order of the Phoenix, led by the mystic Shinpi. His father was killed while attempting to fight back the kidnapping and ever since that, he’s lived alone with his mother.
Growing up, he was a very dependable child who abandoned his studies at the ninja academy in order to work and help his mother overcome the hardships of life, although he was a very talented and gifted fighter who had already mastered a number of techniques.
At age 14, Kiyoshi and his mother were able to lead a fairly comfortable life. However, he could still hear his mother cry over the loss of his father and brother every night. So he decided to leave home in order to look for his little brother as he believed that finding him would lessen the sorrow of his mother.
Wandering around the world for two years, Kiyoshi was able to gather information on the Order of the Phoenix by joining mercenary and bandit groups. He learnt that the mystic Shinpi is able to see the potential in every person and had started kidnapping exceptional children in order to train them and form an army. His intention is to win over the five great nations with his army and rule over the shinobi world.
While he was hanging around in mercenary and bandit groups to collect information, Kiyoshi earned himself the title of White Wolf due to his hair color and the tactics he devised for missions, which made the group look like a fearsome and very organized wolf pack.
However, at age 16, Kiyoshi and his group faced defeat when they were opposed by a travelling sage named Ken and renowned for being one of the world’s most knowledgeable shinobi. As Kiyoshi fought till his last strength, Ken read through his motives and decided to take him under his wing rather than submitting him to the authorities.
Based on the information he had gathered, Kiyoshi was aware that he had a long way to go before he could face the Order of the Phoenix and its leader, the mystic Shinpi. Therefore, he accepted Ken’s proposal to train him and put him back on the right track.
History Part 2: Starting anew
Time went by but was not wasted, for Kiyoshi was a quick learner and his sensei lived up to his reputation. Soon enough, Kiyoshi became a full-fledged shinobi and Ken succeeded to use his influence in order to have Iwagakure enroll him in their shinobi forces. Ken did so as the village’s various missions would help him evaluate his student’s newly acquired skills in different kind of situations and therefore better evaluate his weaknesses as well.
Kiyoshi therefore started anew in Iwagakure, completing missions and moving up the ranks. He kept on like this until someday when he was 17; he was assigned to lead a chuunin squad in the protection of a small village. The villagers had spotted suspicious figures regularly crossing their village as if preying on something, and suspected that they were bandits who wanted to loot them. However, it turned out that these suspicious figures were none other than powerful henchmen of the Order of the Phoenix aiming to kidnap a child selected by their leader, similarly to what they did to Kiyoshi’s little brother. The henchmen were reputed on their own as they previously served a hidden village’s leader by assassinating any opposition to his authority, thus earning themselves the title of Thirteen Assassins Faction. Its thirteen members were all skilled jounins with a strong inclination for bloodlust, and were supposed to have disbanded and never been heard of again after the death of the hidden village’s leader which they served. However, it would seem that their group had reunited to serve the mystic Shinpi.
On that fateful day, Kiyoshi’s squad was outnumbered and, for most of his chuunin comrades, outskilled as well. However, the White Wolf proved his strategic abilities once more and led his squad efficiently. Moreover, his resolve inspired his six comrades to go beyond their limits and after an hour-long assault from the Thirteen Assassins Faction, Kiyoshi’s squad came out alive after defeating one opponent after the other. Most of his comrades were severely wounded but would survive. And amidst all that violence, Kiyoshi obtained some vital information on the Order of the Phoenix, which the leader of the Thirteen Assassins Faction resigned to share with him on death’s brink.
Back to Iwagakure, the squad’s action was considered as an exceptional feat and they got promoted accordingly. Kiyoshi and his squad spent a lot of time in the hospital to recover from their wounds and once they did, they were assigned to track and bring down the Order of the Phoenix by using the information they had gathered. Thus, they all left the village and would only return after completing their mission.
Kiyoshi felt that he was getting closer to his little brother.
Other
Kiyoshi's skills with water manipulation is at the same level as that reached by Tobirama Senju, making him able to perform advanced water techniques with single hand seals.
