right ok im here to show you how to fight and not to say yes to fightning a higher rank

Well, This probably wont work but I'll give it a shot.
I trow kunnais with explosive tags attached, They probably wot destroy completly the ice but will at least slow it down.
I hide myself on the trees, the ice wont reach me. (its a deep forest)
I'm allowed to run while hidding, and I lauch needles ate you from ramdom locations to destroy your clone and to attack your vital points

Oh comon, give me a break! thats an awsome jutsu but the forest is surrounding you, theres no way u could creat big enough amount of snow to attack all the forest in one shot.

Time to get criative.
So your chakra sense jutsu its based on rain.
U are the one that commands the dragons but u still cant see me with all the trees.
If I explode kunnais at the air, that will avoid some rain and confuse you. while I explode the kunnais I throw some at you, making the previous jutsus fail.
I dont think that you can remmain focuse on the attacks if you are beeing exploded.
when the jutsus fade I throw some more kunnais with exploding tags at ramdom places on the meddow. (these are about the last of my kunnais)
With the fire and the smoke you dont see me comming and I swing one of my katanas at your shoulder.
