A.) When an Uchiha activates their Sharingan Eye, they predict the movements of their opponent. Making it capable for them to dodge an attack and hit you right back. So technically she did dodge and she did hit you with the Rasengan (fire)

B.) That Fire Medical jutsu you pulled off back there. Tell me whats the proof of your training with Tsukoshi or Pein87? Oh, and dont tell me its not a medical jutsu because if it has anything to do with medical its a medical jutsu
