I think there's a sort of boundary like Flying Raijin. It seems that the teleportaino always occurs in front of a person. So no, I don't think he can have the person instantly teleported through the Chidori, though I think he can teleport the person in front of him as he's moving his Chidori forward so the person has no time to react

If I'm going to be serious, no, based on current abilities, he could only teleport to his opponent, not the other way around. If he tried, he'd only be trading places with them for no reason.

It would also be a very bold proposition to claim it is possible to physically occupy a space when another object is in that space unless you plan on teleporting into that object itself which isn't very beneficial.

You've got it all wrong: Sasuke's skill with Chidori and better than Kakashi's. Kakashi compensates for his lack of mastery with Chidori by fueling his own with Raiton and concentrating it to increase its cutting power.

Raikiri, aka "Lightning Blade", is not just a nickname; it's also an off-shoot of Chidori. It's both a nickname and a technique.

Your point? Sasuke passed his test the first time it was given. Naruto was too fodder to do so. That's all there is to it.

If Sasuke is such a genius why didn't he take the academy exam before Naruto. Naruto did fail it, but that was because the 9 tails holds him back and make it harder to control his power and chakra. Sasuke has never had to deal with that.

A fair 1v1 battle. Sasuke is using the 10 tails power too. The manga stated all power and chakra comes from the 10 tails.

1- There is no such thing as a fair battle. All power have advantages and disadvantages. Look at the Sharingan. It copies jutsu, analysis, predict/follow movement, gives the has jutsu......
