dude im not happy either but its nothing to get that upset about. one guy said that there was more to the story and you know there is going to be more to it. though its obitos body, its truly bad writing if kishi tries to pull some "obito gone vengeful". we know obito wouldnt do that so there is more to it...not to mention fighting par with the 4th, summoning the kyubi, seals, knowing so much about the jin, history of konoha just scratchs the surface on more questions as to what else is involved besides obito's body and eye.
this flashbacking though is important...obito loved rin very much and i sadly think thats foreshadowing one, if not a couple of things. im interested now in more of the backstory of obito and rin more than ever!!! i wish he'd tell us what happened to her...maybe that caused a mental breaking point....who knows!

the only other thing worst than finding out that obito is tobi because obito outta no where developed badass moves and hatred towards the leaf, would be hinata and naruto hooking up after the absolute zero relationship development between them vs sakura and naruto, not near as important to the story...just saying.

Tobi being Obito?

There has to be more, personally I thought it was Izuna that just took someones eyes possibly obito from the sidelines of the war, but obito being tobi isn't all that bad, like that guy said there has to be more to this that that, and I agree there are a lot of holes in this maybe there is obito and someone else behinds the scenes that have the same mask who knows. But next week we will probably get some answers because I'm sure Kishi isn't going to leave us out to dry like this. To be honest he should've released 2 or made it longer.

... :sy: Wow. Calm down man. I may not have been reading this manga ever since the beginning, but even so, let's not get so worked up about this. This just makes the story more interesting, let Kishi explain what this is all about before you go making decisions like this. Also, DBZ and Naruto aren't even by the same creator or the same universe. Same goes for One Piece. Don't get me wrong I love Naruto, DBZ, and One Piece, but each manga has their own unique storylines, plot twists, etc., just because what happened in Chapter 599 wasn't what you wanted to happen doesn't automatically make two entirely different mangas better than Naruto. Try to think about this whole thing rationally.:shrug:

I don't know why it is so trollish, it is more interesting if it was someone who used to be good than someone who was just evil anyway, come on, don't go as low as to say DBZ's storytelling is better than Naruto, calm down and think rationally, you know that isn't true. I think it wasn't the most creative option so I didn't expect it but it's not bad, just wait for the explanation before you start raging.

I can agree to that. If Kishi does that I will be angry beyond belief. He better not make it to where Naruto and Hinata hook up. Naruto and Sakura should be the ones to hook up. The main character deserves that much.

thanks man. and yea, as much as i don't want it to be, it is obito. not some oro style jutsu where a random person took over obito's body. to be honest that would make even less sense. why would someone want to take over a random crappy uchiha's crushed by boulders body? its not like anyone would know obito would have kamui, so even if they wanted a jutsu like that, no one would know.

I have no idea why you people are making such a stink about timelines, when we saw Tobi in the passed is hair was much longer which should be obvious to you idiots that that was the real Madara. Who is to say MAdara didn't retrieve Obito's body and resurrect him using some forbidden jutsu and then proceed to brainwash him into hating the Leaf. And seeing as how Madara knew he was close to his death concoct some scheme to pass his rinnegan onto Nagato and have "Obito/Tobi" keep an eye on him to ensure that Nagato uses Rinne Tensei to bring him back so they can complete their plan. Bottom line is we know nothing about what has happening from the time Obito died until now. Before you morons go questioning everything why don't you wait to hear some backstory...

Yeah. I almost wanted to quit reading Naruto. Let's see how Kishi will explain this all.

Ch.600 will determine whether or not I quit, such wastefulness is intolerable. i can put up with the asspulls and plot holes, I can tolerate the uchihax everywhere, the removal of strategy and taijutsu, and how everything is nothing but dojutsu and explosions now, I beared the pain of Madara being a shitty pointless, hypocritical troll, but this is too far, the villains are stupid, the main characters are insignificant because they dont have sharingans of senju related dna, theres nothing left to enjoy in this. Ch.600, kishi better reread his ****ing series and make some damn sense.

Agree completely man. And to whoever says "OMG it's just a manga/cartoon why are you so worked up." Why are we worked up? Maybe because some of us aren't little 14 year old kids and have been reading the manga for 10+ years and have spent a lot of our life reading this manga, only to be annoyed by all the plot holes and everything else that is wrong with tobi being obito.

There has been no explanation as of yet. You all are only getting your panties in a bunch. For all you know, this Tobi or Obito could be anyone in the Narutoverse. We just need to be patience. The full story of his identity will not be revealed in just 1 chapter.
