i think Naruto is obn a league of its own and cannot be compared to DBZ. i like Naruto more which is the king(popularity) today. i love reading it. I hope Kishi will introduce new jutsus from the edo-hokages(since we know next ot nothing about them).

Naruto is the most popular TODAY. Cause dragon ball z ended in the 90s, and GT in the early 2000's so this is basically the anime that defines our generation aside from bleach, and one piece(I don't watch one piece but I hear alot of people talking about it so I'm taking a guess) and story wise Naruto wins cause dragon ball had so many ridiculous plot holes or maybe all the movies were non canon. But Kishimoto needs to stick to ninjas. It's f*cking crazy one of the jinchuriki is a GIANT APE named SON GOKU AM I THEO NLY ONE WHO FINDS THIS RIDICULOUS????????????

When I read/watch Naruto, I really want to like it. However there are a plethora of inconsistencies that need to be more acknowledged by Kishimoto if he wants this manga to stay as great as it once was, but I am under the assumption that Masashi wants to end the series quickly. My favorite arcs were the Chunin Exam Arc and the Invasion of Pain Arc followed by the Itachi Pursuit Arc. The Chunin Exams introduced various characters, techniques, fighting-styles etc. and had good character development. The Invasion of Pain Arc is when we saw the leader of the Akatsuki and how much a threat they really are - people died and it seemed like Naruto might lose this time. Heck, Nagato [Pein] may have been the Child of Prophecy and not Naruto from what we knew then! Both were Uzumaki, students of Jiraiya and sought peace which made their chemistry effective and enjoyable. I enjoyed the Itachi Arc because we saw intellectual fighting with Sasuke actually using sophisticated plots to defeat his opponents and not just spamming Amaterasu and Susano'o. That is what this manga/anime has becoming - spamming of powerful techniques. It renders characters like Lee, Neji etc. almost useless.. What could Lee honestly do against Shinsusenju? What could Shikamaru actually do against Tenrai Shinsei? This manga's true moral has branched out - the circumstances of your birth [family etc.] are the most important thing ever. Obito, Madara, Sasuke, Itachi are all Top 10 and all are Uchiha. Hashirama, Naruto, Nagato are all Senju/Uzumaki. The only remaining shinobi are Orochimaru [has Hashirama DNA], Kabuto ["robbed" various cells] and Minato who has the Kyubi. Nobody can be powerful without Hashirama DNA, Dojutsu or a Biju.

No cause we didn't get to see the whole fight, all we saw was the ending which was lazy as hell on Kishi's part, and it's still not like the old Naruto, it's just two guys beating the shit out of each other with their fists

i dont find that crazy IMO. what i feel ****ing crazy about is the fact that irrelevant characters(sakura,kiba) getting illogical powerups.

Sakura is a main character and a student of a sannin it would be dumb for her not to get a power up, and idk about kiba getting one at all

If it was Lee or Guy okay, but other then that Taijutsu is boring, and you didn't reply to my other point WE ONLY SAW THE ENDING, we have no idea how kakashi even was able to beat Obito so badly we didn't get to see the whole fight.
