Kishimoto vs Toriyama

A lot of people will go with Toriyama simply because Dragon Ball is older then Naruto (Nostalgia***s).

Toriyama's art style is refreshing where as Kishimoto's is more detailed as many people in this thread have already pointed out. So, I would say its a tie between the two.
