Yep, you guessed it. Sakura isn't even the mother of the child shes taking care of...
When Sarada asked if Sasuke wore glasses
She knows full well that Sasuke didnt wear glasses, furthermore, if she claims to of have relations with him, thats all the more reason that she should know. "I guess".... Really? Shes clearly trying to hide something.
Sarada hits a nerve when she asks "Are you even his wife?". You wouldn't get angry to that extend for a simple question like that. She got angry and got suspicious, as if she thought Sarada had already discovered something.
All the implications are there... whats more is Sasuek clearly isn't wearing glasses in the last panel. You would have to be brain dead to dismiss this evidence if you didn't clock on already.
My theory is that Sasuke took advantage of Sakura and asked her to take care of Karins child because they went off somewhere and, because Sakura is a sucker for Sasuke, she willingly took Sarada in as her own. Legally speaking, shes not her mother, but shes the one thats been takign care of her so metaphorically speaking, Sakura is her mother. Ill give Sakura credit for that.

whos child is sarada?
after this sasuke has gone 13 year.....when did and who did he knock?....im pretty sure karin was in jail when he leave konoha...and he probably didnt knock sakura...

Sasuke at the bottom panel noticing Sakura's house has been destoyed? with him saying hmm.
At the moment Kishimoto is making it seem that Karin is Sarada's mother which would give Sarada more stanima and maybe Uzumaki chains. So she wouldn't need to unlock MS and go even more blind.
