Sarada hits a nerve when she asks "Are you even his wife?". You wouldn't get angry to that extend for a simple question like that. She got angry and got suspicious, as if she thought Sarada had already discovered something.

All the implications are there... whats more is Sasuek clearly isn't wearing glasses in the last panel. You would have to be brain dead to dismiss this evidence if you didn't clock on already.

My theory is that Sasuke took advantage of Sakura and asked her to take care of Karins child because they went off somewhere and, because Sakura is a sucker for Sasuke, she willingly took Sarada in as her own. Legally speaking, shes not her mother, but shes the one thats been takign care of her so metaphorically speaking, Sakura is her mother. Ill give Sakura credit for that.

At the moment Kishimoto is making it seem that Karin is Sarada's mother which would give Sarada more stanima and maybe Uzumaki chains. So she wouldn't need to unlock MS and go even more blind.
