It's kind of like what Sasuke told Naruto, he could never understand that pain unless he truly had family members.

But I guess it can be interpreted in a lot of ways considering it might be a way of Kishimoto saying a "parent" rather than an individual solely based on his past.

Cause Naruto wasn't a son being raised by a father who consistently worked.

I would say Kishimoto is trying to say, that there are different types of loneliness. Naruto can't relate because he doesn't understand, being a parent and all.

But there are a lot of interpretations like I said above /shrugs

You thought Kishimoto married the girl who beat his ass all day long for comic relief XD?

Anyway yeah Kishimoto's family/life/marriage is definitely not Sasuke's either for obvious reasons so I pretty much had it figured out he was Naruto a while ago.

I got that too.

I tried telling people that Naruto was Kishi in 700 and that he would probably be implementing his own experiences into the movie. He said that this was for his children anyway so that they could understand him (I heard it a long time ago but I'm not 100% positive on this one).

It just makes the most sense since his predicament is more realistic than Sarada's journey in the real world. That and Kishimoto said he worked so hard he didn't have time to go to his honeymoon so yeah..

Kishimoto sensei has mentioned in previous interviews Naruto is kind of based on himself. He even dressed like him when he was younger. :lol
I think it's a nice message he is trying to portray with this movie. Both parent and child will come to understand each other a bit more. It's really sweet.
