Presenting Hashirama the way he was presented was on purpose in order to show that Naruto can also become a leader, because many people doubted that (hot-head idiot, and that stuff).

Minato didn't treat Senju disrespectfully. He just showed his cloak... And only said to Orochimaru "san". All in all, he was his master's team partner and was respected and hailed as one of great sannins.

As to Uchiha, I don't really care, since we have always known they are Kishi's favourites
