who's kagami?

Had to look it up on Narutopedia LOL Apparently, during the First Shinobi war, he was part of a team consisting of Tobirama Senju, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Koharu Utatane, Homura Mitokado, Danzō Shimura, and Torifu Akimichi. He is shown in chapter 481 apparently and in the anime in episode 211.
They don't even know when he died; they are speculating he died either before or during the clan massacre.

In the olden days before we knew who Tobi was, Izuna was the prime suspect, followed by Kagami. Obito theories were always mocked and now people say it was predictable.

I don't get it, at all. I also don't get why people would WANT Izuna or Kagami to be Tobi. It wouldn't bring anything new or fresh to the table. They have no character, no backstories, people don't even know about them so...Yeah. THAT would have been a bad call.
