Sadly I was not active online yesterday but LOL to the guys saying Rinne Sasuke = Base Naruto in speed.

While true that the clash does make them look equal. I think Kishi was just lazy.

Also when will people realize that Sasuke Ocular abilities don't enhance his speed

It only enhances his awareness, jutsu, chakra potency, and ability to react.

Never is it stated that Rinnegan or Sharingan increases your physical prowesss EXCEPT for Asura Path which I dont think he is using.
