Obito is not going to use Rinne tensei himself now its Madara who is forcing him to do so and if you haven't noticed the Black chakra rods sprouting through his body they will be enough to give him enough chakra to revive a person plus they are powered by Madara's chakra if you know what I mean....

I am thinking now, probably it wasn't completely Obito's doing when he killed those Kiri nins when Rin died. It is possible that Madara has had some influence on him at that time that's why he could use Mokuton so good at that instance.

About the Rinnegan, he probably can't use all the techniques seeing that he only had it for less than a week.

where was it stated that obito was depleted of chakra? i see this excuse used too many times to justify a character losing. you cant validate obito being depleted of chakra with a manga scan that implies so, so thats not the case and this has not been the case for any incident in the manga, ever.

madaras black rods arent weak. madara took over obito, because madara is stronger than obito. its that simple.

Well, since I see the same argument over and over, I'll give the same reply over and over.

When things don't go the way people want, they always cry "PLOT NO JUTSU!" It's like a mantra.

Obito fought the WHOLE Midrange Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces aboard the Gedo Mazo...

...then fought Bee (plus Gyuki) and Naruto (plus Kurama)...

...then fought with these again plus Kakashi and Guy...

...then got stripped of his best weapon (the undead jinchuuriki)...

...then kept fighting against those (Naruto, Bee, Gyuki, Kurama, Kakashi, Guy) alongside Madara...

...then fought alongside Madara and the Juubi VS THE WHOLE FRIGGIN' ALLIED SHINOBI FORCES minus the Five Kage...

... AND THEN FINALLY had a duel with Kakashi.

Whoever thinks Obito had really a chance of survival is either a Obito zealot worshipper or is clearly in denial. Obito HAD to fall at this point, he is holding his own since more or less chapter 564, which means it took two armies, a number of insanely powerful shinobi and SEVENTY-TWO chapters to bring him down.

Either you want to make Obito look much stronger than he already is, or you're trying to to make Obito look much weaker than he already is; else you honestly got to admit Obito had to lose this fight. A different outcome was kinda absurd, not to mention it'd be a boring read if Obito would still be standing uber alles.

That was really bad. Obito was basically just using Taijutsu to fight kakashi, one of the best taijutsu users in the NV. Even Rock Lee could have beaten THAT Obito who was using none of his good techs.

those are different jutsus. merely from judging the distance between kakashi and obito, it would be more efficient to use something quicker than bakufuu ranbu.
