and why is everyone saying that we should be ashamed , there are some Top-notch and incredible theories that are done here .
if anything ..this is contribution to the story and Kishimoto's work , I think he would be more than happy to know that his fans are interactive with his work .
that being said , maybe some of his assistants are aware of the presence of this forum and other forums on the internet .

This thread has been made multiple times before -_-
And the answer stays the same: no, he doesn't visit the base. He doesn't have much time to go on the internet to even visit a Japanese forum, let alone an English one.
From what I can remember of his schedule, he only has a few hours of sleep and two hours of break and he doesn't spend those on the internet.
And I doubt his English is good enough to understand the threads here. Japanese people are really not that good in English.

yes, but it's easier for them to visit the japanese forums. It's also obvious that most of the mangakas make their mangas for the japanese public. I often find jokes, puns or whatever for them in One Piece. I don't get them, but I don't mind at all
