The Uchiha have the Sharingan from birth since it is a Bloodline Limit. Not having the Sharingan active does not mean they don't have it. It's just sleeping.

Madara activated his Sharingan for the first time at the latest chapter when he LOST HASHIRAMA. They get the upgrade when they gain love and lose it, and in that chapter he gave Hashirama's friendship up. Pay more attention.

Everything is related to the topic. You are failing to notice that Madara might just have been a legend compared to Itachi, Sasuke and the new generation. My point is that Madara might have been hyped from the different tales, thus all of the fandom denying Hashirama's account. Given that, I am asking you guys to see Madara's performance as edo, and the Uchiha power he has shown so far. He doesn't seem gifted as Sasuke or Itachi.

Not gifted? i can maybe see where you are coming from because he hasnt been shown to do much without ms or higher but even if you dont count hype, his name causes people to tremble and even reborn kage are worried, even hashi seemed worried i think there more to him then we have seen. in the new battle field with the 10 tails he has only been shown to defend the 10 tails does that offense for him he can fire style the crap out 2/3 of the shinobi force from his moves we have seen so far

It's the same way that we call certain plants flowers even while they don't have any flowers on them. We call a daisy plant a flower whether it has blooms on it or not, etc. So ha can call his eyes sharingan, and he's proud of them, so he would brag about his vision, even if all his eyes have is potential and his opinion about his vision is inflated by that fact.
