in that case then any random-ass chunnin can make shadow clones and make the clones make clones and they make clones and it goes on.
There is a reason it´s a jounin-level technique, naruto can only use it cuz of his chakra-level.

flameeeeeee u just told yourself why his shadow clones can do that, naruto has immense chakra levels not to mention chakra from sage mode

Its possible the only drawback would be the more a clone makes of another clone the weaker the copy is

for e.g if split only in two's 100percent clone divided by 2 makes a
50percent clone makes another clone
its only 25percent of that clone then in turn make another clone itll be 12.5percent
so it still depends on how much chakra the original has hence the reason why kakashi says only naruto could do the multishadow clone training because of his stamina and huge reserve of chakra as well as the 9tails chakra so its not impossible
just risky depending who uses the jutsu if they can handle it or not?

well when he was training on the wind style rasengan, naruto's clones would get a chakra cloak, it a clone that got it one time because it poofed when yamato stopped it with his jutsu

I´m not complaining even if i have the right to do so.
I´m pointing out something that kishi forgot or tried to cover up but failed at.
I hate when everyone says "Don´t complain, it´s his manga,if u don´t like it the don´t read it", i´m sure kishi would like to hear constructive critisicm from his fans to take into consideration instead of the person getting flamed for doing so.
Being a fan doesn´t mean being blind of all the flaws in it, complaining doesn´t mean you don´t like it and should stop reading.

if the shadow clone makes a shadow clone, the original still loses chakra, so no any random chunin couldn't do it. There's nothing weird about it, just like a shadow clone can do rasengan, it can do any other jutsu, one of which is the shadow clone jutsu.

What powers naruto has ?? - and yea kishi is entertaining us, when i first watched naruto i watched it not because action but because it was a good show... So chill out, kishi is god in his own manga which is made for entertain purposes and $$$ too... ) ...
