1) He doesn't speak English and writers won't search for feedback, or even speak English themselves.
2) Kishimoto has already stated that he doesn't know how popular it is outside of Japan.
3) He's only earning around $3 million.
4) He wouldn't care in the first place, he's writing/drawing the series because he enjoys doing it.
