Sasuke always makes bold statements. It's called Superiority Inferiority Complex (tvtropes). Sasuke deals with his inferiority complex by acting as if he has a superiority complex. It's how Sasuke copes.
Everybody else's attacks were also useless, including the ones Sasuke made with Naruto. Kishimoto is not showing that Sasuke is weak. He is showing Obito is powerful. This way when Obito is defeated, it's more awesome because look at the odds the heroes overcame.

what is realy dissapointing is that naruto isnt going in biju mode, and isnt using sage mode clones when he should.

I have been thinking the same thing. I know that Naruto has probably a 1/3 of his chakra but the way Kishi is making him look so weak right now is just ridiculous. Why is everything have to be a collaboration move between Sasuke and Naruto??That is just starting to get annoying now. Especially with the line about Sasuke matching his chakra with Naruto's or was I getting that wrong in some way because Sasuke should not have half the chakra Naruto is capable of.

Also I wonder when Minato is going to give up his chakra to Naruto and stop holding onto it. It is not like he is using it anything, he is just looking cool and stuff. IDK I was just for way more to this chapter than what happened in it this week.
