everything in this world starts with a contract

- creator brings idea to studio

- if the studio like it they tell the creator we want to produce this and we will pay you so and so

- if the creator like the idea then they hammer out the details of what will and wont be allowed

- then if either side brakes the contract there is legal resouces usually sueing that can take place

- so maybe kishi was to dumb to realise what he was signing at the time....or he was overly excited and focused on naruto and missed something............anyyyyyyything could have happened but the point is kishi autorized it at some point in time

how do i know this

it is ilegal to go out there read a book like the story and make the movie without the creators permission its called plagurizim and there is lawsuites over it all the time

You dont uderstand. Pierrot can make fillers when they want, as long as they want, and they can be practically about everything. There is only thing: they cant contradict the manga. Thats all.

How about you go watch any Naruto-related theme song from the anime, wait until the end, and then read the big logo that says "TV Tokyo"
