Kishi is exceeding the fillers DAMMIT!!!.....I am new here so bare with me

Fillers aren't even that bad. They make Naruto Shippuden last longer. They also show characters that Kishi doesn't regularly show in the manga.

kishi doesn't make the fillers the animators do but if you really want to talk about people over exceding their fillers you should see bleach they turn fillers into arcs that last half a yaer and then they turn a flashback into a arc.

Seems to me that Kishi can give them an over-arching story since he can't really do it all himself. They may create the anime but they still consult with him to see what he may have wanted to convey as far as fillers go. At the end of the day, TV Tokyo does make the fillers but it's more than likely that they consult with him for the little things.

kishi signed the contract of his own free will so everything that happens is because of his signature at some point

but no one knows whats in this contract so you cant say he has no contrl over it the only thing that is knwn is if he doesnt it was his choice and he signed it away making it all directly a reslut of his decisions

and ppl in this world are responsible for their decision so there for anything that he signed away is his responseibility

Actually, the dumbest person here would have to be you. No offense but your logic is capable of killing brain cells... You're pretty much saying that the anime wouldn't exist if Kishi never made the manga in the first place, which is so obvious that even an idiot like you figured it out. The only control Kishi has over the anime is when he has to tell them that they messed up on a character or something.
