kishi fails at developing female characters

kishi doesnt give any female characters the proper developments

mei - abilities are OP but kishi makes it look way weaker when its actually powerful jutsu

tsunade - she just recent got her development against madara but she still useless/weak (compared to male characters)

sakura- her last development was sasori....nearly 350 chapters since her last development.....beyond horrible job done by kishimoto

hinata - she trained with neji but we still dont know what she is capable of, she got owned in 2 seconds by pain...once again bad development

temari - gets small developments but she just as useless as k11 girls

anko - she disappears and then pop up every 100 chapters when kabuto/oro appears, shes useless too

konan- she had no development, she hurt obito but only because she had prep time to set up her 600 billion paper bombs, shes just nagato's useless teammate...she adds nothing to the story just the obito fight

kurenai- she got pregnant and disappeared ever since (its obvious why but im just sayin)

ino - she has her mind transfer jutsu but its useless without her teammates helping her, once again another useless female character

ten ten - absolutely no development at all, even in part 1, she was just neji's hype-man lol

Their powers will be unveiled. In the mean time don't get your nickers in a twist it's just a manga after all.

I agree to an extent - Kishimoto admit to the notion that he has a hard time giving female characters good roles. Now this tells me that Kishimoto is using the culture around him as a reference point (hey, he does seem to put a lot of tradition into his work.. so why not?). To be fair, there are some neglected male characters too so perhaps its a coincidence.

Love relationships in particular seem to be a bit neglected. If the SasukexSakura relationship wasn't so one sided, or if Sasuke had shown more reason for Sakura's affection in Part 1, far less people would hate on her. Just change/improve her attempt to murder Sasuke... and done! I believe a load of anti-Sakura members wouldn't despise her so much if this had occured. There's also ObitoxRin to think about. Even though I'm all for the idea of Obito making a new world free of negative aspects, more sympathy between him and Rin wouldn't hurt either.

I know what you mean. It's true that the the femal characters are not that useful. But it's simply because Naruto is a Shōnen manga It's made by a man for "men". The Boys want to see powerful femal characters but not as powerful as the male characters. Why do you think that the most guys dislike Sakura? Because she's the main femal character who always hits the main male character ..it's just a fact. Why do the most boys love Hinata? Because she's the shy little girl that loves Naruto and protects him no matter what. She represents the perfect girl. The guys think in Narutos shoes they somehow think they're Naruto and that's why they want the best for Naruto or more precisely for "themselves".

You're just looking to find a form of inequality, of which there is no implication that there is, therefore disproving inequality between sexes.

I'd change my mind in a second, if it wasn't for the complete lack of inequality, but it doesn't, so I stick to my arguments. That's how a discussion works. No need to use bad language, insults mostly mean you're too stubborn to take part in a discussion, and therefore not worth my time.

Lastly have you seen Hinata in the show? I'm sure you missed the fact she was in allot of the show since the first episodes. And you think strength is character development? Those are 2 different things. I clearly see the characters for who they are.

Hinata was the one who always admired naruto from the sidelines. She is shy and trys her best to be like Naruto.

Sakura is the Character Naruto always chased after. She had no respect for him and really didn't care.

Tsunade has had more flashbacks than Oro and is one of the strongest of the Kage currently.

The show is called NARUTO... Who again? NARUTO. It's about HIM.

Konan is top 30. She's very powerful.

Kurenai is a jonin level ninja. If she fought her baby would've died.

Ino saved the whole alliance by using her mind transfer jutsu to momentarily stop Madara, Jubi, and Obito. She's gotten better.

Tenten is chunin level. She aint weak, she aint strong.
