Kisame's words against Pain

I just noticed this part while reading some old chapers

What Kisame here sais against Pain sounds like he kinda getting annoyed by the way Pain is ''leading'' akatsuki..
and look at the respond Pain gives to Kisame.. he just has no words to say..

and yet madara said: as leader, failure is not an option..
it's 100% sure that madara is the leader..

If u r referring to kisame saying " how do u expect us to catch jinchuriki if you keep goofing around ..", he says that to TOBI, not Pain !

It will be clearer if u see the previous page. Pain says to Tobi, he pushes things too far with his seniors and then Kisame says the above mentioned words.

And then he says ... "Anyways ..", and says to Pain " Now i'd like to seal the four tails"

Kisame was not being cheeky with Pain .He was being cheeky with Tobi, the hilarious, take-it-easy-goofup-that is Tobi. And remember , at that moment , Kisame did not know Tobi's true identity.

Kisame's just a badass.. that is how he talks. Remember he doesn't know anything about Tobi at this point so he's still addressing Pein as his senior.

im pretty sure kisame states somewhere that tobi/madara is the mizukage, mist kage, and since kisame is a member of the mist elite swordsmen, he would know him..anything to add about that?

What DID happen to Kisame? He just...vanished... :S. I kinda liked the guy since he hasn't shown us his full power. Plus I want to see his reaction when he found out Itachi died, haha
