Kisame vs Tsunade

One way to get a better understand is to compare Tsunade with Gai-sensei. Why? Coz Gai-sensei wipped Kisame's "you know what".

I kind of think Tsunade is being underestimated. Plus I think she can beat Gai-sensei, who happened to have beat Kisame.

I hate to say this but one of my fav fights was when her annoying pink haired student fought Sasori. Tsunade probably has a similar fighting style to when Sakura was controlled by Chiyo, plus some other medical tricks.

And I have a feeling she has lightning chakra.
Doctors can be dangerous people because of the knowledge of the human body.

Oh and I've seen this vid where this woman crushes a watermelon and a can with her boobs. If all else fails, Tsunade will just use Boob-crusher-no-jutsu on his head

Katsuyu makes his water go gooey. No but Kisame is ranged, Tsunade loose. Tenten is ranged, Tsunade loose, thats the definition on basically most of the peoples "Tsunade will loose" reason.

Tsunade wins this here are 5 solid reasons why.
1. Kisame cant get near her otherwise its over she would pwn him
2. She can keep healing herself and fighting over and over again
3. She can summon her slug and throw slime at him.
4. Once she summons the slug its over cuz she could do everything throw poison gas, heal herself, and taijutsu the crap out of Kisame.
5. Even if the area turns into water i believe that she can break out since she fought hanzo and is one of the 3 Legendary Sannin.

There are my reasons so now tell me how would Kisame win.

No she almost lost to Hanzo if Oro and Jiraiya wasnt there.
And she cant taijutsu the crap out of him, her style is too slow.
She cant heal to much either or she will run out of chakra and then get snapped in half
