Firstly he has defeated and captured several jinchircki's, bee inlcuded although we all know what happened in the end, also a 30% chakra clone was more than enough to handle team guy, until the clone ran out of chakra

Kisame is faster, has more chakra reserves and tbh i dont think tsunade is physically stronger than him. Doubt kisame would even need to fuse with samahada to win this

So she can summon slugs, so? Those slugs cant fight. Tbh this is one of the easiest vs thread ive ever seen.

Kisame all the way. With his sword he can absorb all of Tsuande's chakra so then she wouldn't have any left to do her yin healing technique. Without his sword would be a better fight b/c he has a ton of chakra already, but he could still win if he does his one hit kill technique: Water Release: Great Shark Bullet Technique

Anyway I would hope that tsunade would win, and I personally think she would, just because kisame is all about absorbing chakra, and we have seen that he is weak against taijutsu users, which is what tsunade's fighting style is.
