he'd have a harder time against mei than ay and gaara imo :|... especially ay.

Kisame is levels above Mei i'm not even going to start besides saying that Kisame as of now is the best Suton user in Naruto(until we see what else Tobirama can do).

Ay will be difficult but Kisame survived a Lariat from V2 Bee and during that process he absorbed Bee's chakra which then healed all the wounds Kisame had from the attack.Ay's raton armor is chakra , so Kisame can rip that armor right off Ay and use to heal what ever move Ay used while getting his chakra taken away.

Forbidden Technique pretty much said everything i needed to say right above me U_U

A and Onoki beat him. A blitz kill and Onoki uses Jinton. Also, Onoki has Weighted Technique so can make Samehada and Kisame weighted.

i say Kisame defeats everyone besides Onoki, just mainly because he can fly away from the Water Release: Super Exploding Water Shock Wave and can possible instanly vaopize Kisame with Dust Release, although i love Kisame

i've said what FT has said already... The point is, mei is the second toughest opponent in this fight. And no, mei isn't tiers below kisame. She's kage level aka S-class also. It's just that his water advantage (which will defeat all his other opponents), won't completely work on mei, seeing as she can use suiton. And, like i've said... Mei can create water, evidenced by the fact that she used suiton jutsu without a water source... that is incredibly difficult and only tobirama and kisame have shown that feat... Kisame's most likely beating mei(unless we see more from her), but it's going to be high diff.

And i've already said he beats Ay low diff.

A and Onoki beat him. A blitz kill and Onoki uses Jinton. Also, Onoki has Weighted Technique so can make Samehada and Kisame weighted.
Kisame vs bee disagrees with you. Cloaked bee did nothing to kisame. All his chakra was effortlessly sucked out. He had to do V2 to be able to do damage, and that was healed.
Oonoki most likely wins, but not by jinton. GSB absorbs chakra and gets stronger because of that. Jinton becomes a death sentence

How doesn't he defeat Onoki when GSB > Jinton? As well as water clone spam and the ability to go airborne as well. This will most likely be a drawn out battle and Kisame is a stamina king.

Explain to me why I'm high. This is just a dumb comment.

Explain to me how he looses to Onoki, A, and especially Gaara.

onoki flies,to avoid his attacks. A jinton on his lake will destroy it. Also earth>water,so his giant rock golems, would fend off kisame,a cubed jinton would wipe out the whole battlefield.

A is leagues faster than kisame, kisame cant react to his speed, minato barely did.he is also an excellen taijutsu specialist, and could combine this with his ample eflexes in v2 to easily disarm kisame of his sword. If kisame traps him in a water dome,he just activates his raiton armour and electrocutes kisame.

Gaara is not wek to water at all,i have no idea where you people got that,he clealy controlled his sand inside mei's water dragon easily. Gold is 20x heavier than water yet he still controlled his sand. His sand will even absorb all the water kisame makes. His gourd sand would easily catch kisame, his sand tsunamis would absorb all the water kisame makes, he can simply make a giant karura structure similar to onoki's golem to smash kisame.

Kisame isnt beating any male kage at all

He could probably only beat Tsunade, Mei, and Gaara.

He also beats Ay and counters one of Onoki's strongest jutsu. But obviously Kisame loses since you say so.
Care to explain to me how Kisame loses to Ay?

I don't care about the rest but gaara beats kisame. Water is not his weakness, he was able to control sand in meis water, he was able to control sand wet by the 2nd mizukages hail and was able to control his sand with gold in it which is 20 times heavier than water with ease. As fort chakra absorbsion even madar was not able to absorb the sand because sand is real and physical and cannot be absorbed because it is not pure chakra unlike fire, spit water, chakra shrouds, lightning or even jinton which are all pure chakra whose forms have been changed. Thank you.

Onoki needs to touch the ground to form his rock golems. That is a impossible task when the earth and him are separated by Kisames deep lake.
As far as him using Rock Fist technique, that is exactly what Kisame would want him to do. Onoki would only be punching the surface of water in which Kisame could easily counter with water prison. I doubt Onoki would be that stupid in doing so anyways. I already established that GSB absorbs his jinton.

I'm not counting on Kisame capturing Onoki in water dome, he doesn't need to, and it's not very likely to happen.

Well considering that Kisame said himself that nobody in the akatsuki is better then capturing people then himself and the goal of the akatsuki was to capture all the biju, as well as him capturing the 4 tails with not much difficulty, I bet he could subdue the Shukaku with water.

Did you notice the miniscule amount of sand he used? That's nothing compared to the amount he is normally able to control. Also, his sand is manipulated by chakra, Kisame, as well as Samahada, eat chakra. How does sand even harm Kisame when his and Samehadas chakra absorption ability will disrupt Gaaras sand control when the sand comes in contact with them?

The golems can be expelled from the users mouth: , i know Onoki never showed that way of performing the jutsu but i think it wouldn't make sense if one borderline fodder character could do it and an outstanding kage like Onoki couldn't. Kisame doesn't start with Water Dome + Samehada fusion combo, which means he doesn't absorb chakra himself all the time. It depends wether Onoki finishes off quickly or if Kisame decides to use his better jutsus in time. I don't think Onoki loses since in battle he flies a lot and if he's already in the air WD woldn't get him in time. GBS isn't Preta Path, everything within the bounderies of the cube/cylinder is getting pulverised, even chakra based materials like Susanoo. If this sound stupid go ahead and say it =D, but shouldn't the shark eat the
ninjutsu so it can absorb it? It's just a Suiton, not suppose to literally eat people, but its mouth is always open maybe to absorb an expected ninjutsu. Regardeless, i don't think Kisame will even have time to do that.

His water isn't suppose to subdue anything let alone a tailed beast...
Madara wasn't suppose to know there was sand within the water, huge amounts would be noticeable and it's not need a sand tsunami to seal/crush the target, he used just the enough amount. > here Gaara perfectly manipulated Gold Dust which is much heavier than sand that is even heavier than water; water isn't a problem and i don't remember it ever being, Gaara can still use it just fine. Gaara can use his sand to 'fly', nothing guarantees he gets caught within WD too, just like Onoki except that Gaara rarely levitates during a battle and that's when he may get caught. Successive Shots: Sand Drizzle can get Kisame, his sand is controlled not thrown, the distance musn't affect the impact. This is a very quick attack, when Kisame drains its chakra he was already pierced.

Explain again. I want a good laugh.

Rewatch Bee vs Kisame. That's what happens to ay.
Gaara runs on gourd sand only.
the rest are self explanitory, but oonoki wins.
Just go back through the thread, I don't feel like writing a 2000 word analysis on why every other kage but oonoki are useless.

I'm honestly baffled with some of these comments here. Kisame can't defeat Mei or Tsunade? Incredible.

Kisame defeats Mei, mid-difficulty. Kisame already defeated Roshi, the 4 tails jin, who also possesses lava release with, what it seems, not much difficulty. Her Boil Release is a non-factor in the water dome, which she has no way of avoiding. And her suiton techniques are simply not on the same level as Kisames, GSB counters them all.

Kisame defeats Tsunade, low-mid difficulty. She has no way of even getting close to Kisame. With no way of avoiding or getting out of Water Dome, it cuts of her oxygen supply as well as drains her chakra. She's finished in there.

Kisame defeats Gaara, mid difficulty. With the ability to create an entire lake, it limits Gaara to only be able to use the sand in his guard while Kisame has the field advantage as he does in all his fights. Gaara then has no way of harming Kisame, his sand will be clashing with water the entire fight, making it heavier and harder to control. The only struggle Kisame will have is hitting Gaara, but Kisames stamina is almost limitless and eventually Gaara will get hit.

A and Onoki are his toughest fights.

People forget it only takes a clap of Kisames hands to create an entire lake or water dome, A isn't first activating his lightning armor then blitzing Kisame over 40 meters before Kisame accomplishes this. Not to mention, A's only means of attack are CQC, where Kisame and Samahada will be draining a large portion of his chakra every time he lands a hit, like here when he forced V2 Bee back into his cloak form. Given Kisames healing abilities granted by Samehada, no one hit by A is defeating Kisame. Kisame wins, high-difficulty.

Perhaps i'm underrating Onoki while overrating Kisame, but I see Kisame defeating him as well. Jinton is nothing in the face of GSB. With constant water clone spamming and pressuring old Onoki with numerous amounts of attacks, I don't see Onoki defeating him. Kisame is a chakra beast and easily outlasts him. Kisame, high-difficulty.

So can Kisame.

Tsunade - High chakra reserves used solely to augment Taijutsu and heal wounds she may aquire in battle. Samehada hits her once if she goes all out (with Yin Seal: Release), and it's done for because her body automatically sends chakra to the wound where Samehada eats it up. Both of them are proficient in close-combat, but when Kisame get's enough chakra, Tsunade becomes an old granny who can barely move anymore. Considering she has no ranged attacks except ground-destruction techniques (which Kisame can counter with water), she's screwed.

A - Kisame can take him the same way he took out Bee. If A is determined to kill Kisame, without regard to his own life, A would electify the water dome when Kisame goes Shark-Mode, killing the both of them (assuming Kisame can't absorb that lightning before he gets electicuted). If A wants to take care of his own life before killing Kisame, he's screwed.

Gaara - Gaara's sand isn't nessicarily weak to water, however, it will be slowed down by great amounts of water, just like human movement is. It's only truly weak to 2nd Mizukage's Oily Water. However, if Kisame gets serious and uses Shark-Mode against Gaara, he'll be in the Water Dome. Gaara's sand will be slowed, and Kisame will be able to move incredably fast, hit Gaara once, steal his chakra, and Gaara will drown. Gaara is an ex-jinchuriki, and Kisame was an expert in taking Jinchuriki alive, which is harder than taking them dead.

Mei - Steam style essentially renders a great deal of Suiton useless. But then again, Samehada absorbs chakra from anything by touching it. This is a difficult battle, and unlike the other's, I don't think Kisame has the option to go Shark-Mode (because Mei can evaporate all of the water, or even use it to her advantage). Using Lava release when Kisame sends water towards her creates stone walls for defense from further water techniques, and overall she's a tough opponent for Kisame. This is a hard one... However, as I see it, this fight will come down to who can hold out the longest with chakra reserves, which is something Kisame can do better than Mei (unless there's proof otherwise).

Oonoki - Dust Release is the hardest part of this fight, so I'll leave it for last. Kisame can counter the flight by creating a lakes-worth of water and then creating large collums to stand on, raising himself higher and higher into the sky; if Oonoki spends all of his time running, it'll eventually end bad for him (though he'd be able to solely run for a while). After that, all we have is Oonoki's Jinton versus Kisame's skill. He has three very useful chakra-absorbing, but only one which could be of use here, IMO: Great Shark Bomb (in case you're wondering, Samehada, the general Chakra Absorbtion technique which he can use without Samehada, and GSB). Sending this massive shark outwards, which Kisame was confident enough to be able to absorb the chakra from Gai's "most powerful technique", should be able to eat up the chakra from Jinton; even if it gets destroyed while eating up the chakra, Kisame could use that oppertunity to attack as his hands and chakra reserves are free, while Oonoki's are busy until the technique is made useless. Ultimately, if Kisame has a chance here, it's high difficulty. But he also has great enough intellegence to be able to come up with a plan to get around Jinton (assuming the Shark Bomb isn't enough).

Really, Oonoki and Mei are his two toughest opponents.

Very nice post, + rep. I agree with most of it.

onoki flies,to avoid his attacks. A jinton on his lake will destroy it. Also earth>water,so his giant rock golems, would fend off kisame,a cubed jinton would wipe out the whole battlefield.

Kisame isnt beating any male kage at all

Just going to copy and paste my previous points since it counters a lot youre argument.

GSB > Jinton. Besides, it takes less then 30% of his chakra to create a giant lake, therefore he can make another while Onoki can't fire numerous jintons of that scale. With constant water clone spamming and pressuring old Onoki with numerous amounts of attacks, I don't see Onoki defeating him. Kisame is a chakra beast and easily outlasts him. Onoki needs to touch the ground to create giant golems He isn't going to be able to accomplish this when a 10 story deep lake separates him from the earth.

People forget it only takes a clap of Kisames hands to create an entire lake or water dome, A isn't first activating his lightning armor then blitzing Kisame over 40 meters before Kisame accomplishes this. Not to mention, A's only means of attack are CQC, where Kisame and Samahada will be draining a large portion of his chakra every time he comes in contact with them, like here when he forced V2 Bee back into his chakra cloak form. Given Kisames healing abilities granted by Samehada, it's going to take more then a single hit to kill Kisame. You're forgetting that while in the water dome, A's chakra is constantly being drained, essentially making his lighting a lot weaker, therefore all it will achieve is numbing Kisame as it did to Madara here That's not getting A out of the water dome nor defeating Kisame.

I never said Gaara is weak to water, but it slows down his sand. Absolutely no way in hell is his sand absorbing all of Kisames water, I serously don't think you realize the amount he is able to create. How exactly does he get off a sand tsunami anyways? The ground is covered in water and he has to first be on the ground to grind the minerals to create the sand. Also, his sand is manipulated by chakra, Kisame, as well as Samahada, eat chakra. How does sand even harm Kisame when his and Samehadas chakra absorption ability will disrupt Gaaras sand control when the sand comes in contact with them?

Gaara only controlled a miniscule amount of sand through Mei's suiton. In this fight, he cannot create more sand because the ground will be covered in water which limits him to the amount in his guard. You're right, sand is physical, i'm not implying Kisame and Samehada are going to absorb the sand. I'm saying Gaara uses his chakra to control the sand so Kisame and Samehada would disrupt it, making it harder for Gaara to control his sand when it comes in contact with them. This allows Kisame, who possesses super human strength, to break out of it, if he is to be caught which is far fetch'd. You're welcome.

This is a very quick attack, when Kisame drains its chakra he was already pierced.

Doesn't matter whether he can or not, Onoki isn't dispelling a golem of this out of his mouth hence why he didn't in that scan. It is an innate ability of Kisame to absorb chakra through direct contact as shown , he doesn't need Samehada to absorb chakra.
Pay close to attention to what Kisame says "The jutsu itself absorbs chakras, to grow bigger and stronger" and then "The stronger my opponents ninjutsu is, the better it works" Therefore GSB > any jinton thrown at it, the bigger the better. Kisame pretty much reiterates that

In that scan you showed me, Gaara only hid the gold dust in his clone, where is he manipulating it as he normally does his sand? Again Gaara is limited to sand in his gourd, which isn't a huge amount compared to the amount of water Kisame can dispel. Sand Drizzle is easily avoided by water clones, submerging into the water, or fusing with samehada where his speed will be to fast for Gaara to catch in the water. Piercing Kisame? He can heal himself via samehada.
