Without edo tensei i would go with Kisame, but with edo tensei Orochimaru would most likely win.

They never said he could beat Orochimaru in the anime.



Having monstrous chakra doesn't mean anything. Orochimaru fought on even ground against a 4tails Kyuubi. If he could at least handle that, then he can deal with Kisame.

Orochimaru doesn't use ninjutsu techniques that relese chakra. Not the type that Samehada could leech chakra from anyways. That alone gives Kisame a disadvantage since he won't be regenerating his chakra.

Orochimaru also has the sword of Kusanagi. This even hurt Enma who is as hard as diamond in his staff form. Diamond. I doubt Samahada would be able to handle the sword of Kusanagi for long.
