I'm going with Kisame. He's very strong and has chakra equal to a Jinchuurki and with Samehada means Kakashi will get all his chakra taken away. Kisame will have Mid difficulty.

Not to mention guys but Gai went idk how many gates to fight kisame. Kakashi to our knowledge can only go 1st gate. And ya some idiot is going to say Kakashi has kumuii so he wins. Kumui is not a killling blow it's a transport justu. Gai has more stamina than kakashi while Kakashi has showed to have an array of justus he can use.
