Itachi med diff scenario 1, Kisame med-high diff scenario 2.

Healthy Itachi with a 20 meter starting distance will easily start pressuring Kisame in CQC. However, if there's one character who knows most of Itachi's tricks and antics with genjutsu, it's Kisame. That being said, I still believe there is a good chance Kisame gets caught in genjutsu, and immediately pummeled by Susano'o.

Sick Itachi displayed nothing Kisame wouldn't be able to handle. His speed, reaction, and eyesight aren't anywhere near up to par in comparison to his healthy (Edo) version. Once Kisame alters the terrain in his favor, its game over for Itachi.

Healthy Itachi wins med diff. I would say low diff, but (1) Kisame knows Itachi well and has seem him battle (2) Genjutsu isn't directly countered, but it is avoided for a sizable duration. Kisame has solid enough speed and reaction feats that with his knowledge on Itachi, is enough to avoid getting one-shot off the bat. He does get caught eventually though, and Itachi runs through him.

Sick Itachi with restrictions loses in a stomp. Not near enough stamina to contend for as long as he needs in scenario 1.

the speed gap isn't that large...
I don't understand. Bee didn't defeat Taka Sasuke due to speed, he did it through skill and unpredictability.

I wouldn't try to play it off anyways. Databook has Itachi score a 4.5 in Taijutsu and a 5 in Speed while sick while Kisame has a 4.5 in Taijutsu and is 2 Tiers below Itachi in speed. The speed gap is monstrous when including the Sharingan and when Itachi is actually healthy.

lol V1 Bee did and Kisame was dealing with him just fine as well (had to reach him to absorb him) he even reacted to V2 lol not to mention his feats with gai.

Also the fact that Sasuke wasn't blitzing Bee means they were on the same speed level at least.

1. Kisame on easy/mid diff.
2. Kisame on super easy diff.
"Health" doesn't change Itachi's amount of chakra. The only thing it will change, is speed and vision.
In 1 scenario : Dai Bakusui Shoha -> after that, Kisame just have to hit with samehada for 4-5 times, and it's over. Or use Great shark, which can absorb chakra. 1 hit will be enough for Itachi.
In 2 scenario : Kisame will be playing with Itachi. So...

Okay and how does the equate to Kisame being close to Itachi's speed and reactions? All of these things can easily be accomplished by Taka Sasuke let alone Itachi.

Not blitzing someone doesn't denote equivalent speed. How does that make sense anyways?
