Nope it wasn't a clone. We've seen what Mokuton Bunshins look like when they are destroyed. That body showed did not resemble a destoyed Mokuton Bunshin. Besides that the place from which Madara came up would be were he should have landed after the strike.
And if you take something the size of Tsunade's fist and add the kind force she has behind it I bet it will rip a whole through a body.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't Gaara and Onoki take Tsunade and Mei and fly above the Water Dome? Then Gaara could flood the dome with sand, rendering it useless.

Or couldn't A, being as fast as he is, avoid the Water Dome then send in Raton throughout the dome and strike Kisame?
