Gokage nearly stomp; unless Kisame manages to get out his water dome from match-start. Though, the starting distance is 15 meters, which allows Ay room to blitz Kisame right off the bat.
In the event that Ay reaches Kisame before he spews out the Water Dome; Gokage proceed to stomp.
In the event that Kisame performs the single hand seal required and spews out the Water Dome before Ay reaches him; Kisame stands a decent chance. And I don't feel like expanding on this, unless I have to.

Ehh, with a 40 meter starting distance, it's make it a lot more likely that Gaara and Onoki will be able to take flight and avoid the Water Dome. That spells game over for Kisame as well.
Haha, yeah; he's probably the closest shinobi to an Edo. But there are obviously limitations to his healing capabilities and stamina. An Edo Kisame will reform from any attack. And he'd likely flood the entire planet. That's way too OP. Kishi wouldn't want that happening, now would he.

Hidan is the closest character to an Edo actually, his healing abilities are even greater than Kisame's and he's truly immortal, plus Samehada isn't absorbing lava or Katsuyu's acid, most Kages would solo Kisame
