Kisame vs genjutsu

I've been seeing alot of kisame vs kurenai and asuma threads lately and many people are saying that kurenai's genjutsu would be useless as samehada can snap him out of the illusion.

So is it true that samehada can break kisame out of an illusion, making him pretty much immune to regular genjutsu?

No..samehada CANT break--wth? wheres the logic in that?
a sword that can bite, absorb chakra, and break genjutsu? NO that is not samehada's ablility, that would have been mentioned a LONG time ago.

Samehada can infuse its wielder with stolen chakra.

Genjutsu can be broken by the victim itself too, by concentrating chakra.
Its just much easier to have someone else do it.

So in theory, yes, Samehada can snap him out of it if he can't do it himself.

Yeah, depending on how powerful the genjutsu is of course. An nowhere has it stated Samehada can break genjutsu. Thats one of the worst imaginated theories i've seen on here.

iDkk, Kurenai's genjutsu is suppost to rival those of Itachi so who knows.

The samehada is like another person putting chakra in to you when you are under one

so yea if kisame has the samehada, In theory he should be imune to genjutsu

Not proven, but it is highly likely since samehada has the ability to give its chakra to his owner, and the way you break genjutsu is to send your own chakra into your ally.
