your arguement is right but you statement something false. Might Guy does have chakra, it has been shown numerous time when he summons his turtle or walks on water. U need chakra to do those things and also EVERYONE has chakra but not everyone can use ninjutsu.

Remember kisame was assigned to watch itachi to because tobi knew the truth about "that night" I think itachi would beat kisame, but kisame might kill madara. Itachi at his age is far better than madara when he was that age.

I'm going to agree with the countless people that have said we just don't know enough of madara'a abilities to compare the two and decide who would come out as the victor in a fight. We haven't seen much from madara yet, but we've seen a decent amount of kisame. You can say he would win because he has more at his disposal, but we dont even know what madara has.
Plus it's ****ing madara. He went toe to toe with the person many consider the strongest ninja ever. Kisame is good, yes, but there's no way to know if he actually could defeat madara, and i see it as kind of unlikely.

I think the rinnengan would be too much for Kisame to handle.
the Push technique would get him out of the dome.
Kisame has to be weary of genjutsu
Madara can rain down meteors on him. Kisame can counter some of madara's techniques due to absorption ability, but madara has that too.

facepalm moment lol its laughable to think kisame could beat madara ems thats lyk saying kisame could beat itachi at full health with no ms drawbacks not happening no matter how yu put it one genjutsu and its a wrap do i even have to mention sussano? kisame is a better fight against kakashi or gai both of these ninja are inferior to madara and gai beat kisame could gai beat madara? hellllll noooo in a real battle madara would make kisame shark bait with just a look in his eyes weather he uses tsukiyomi or not madara will use a genjutsu for a second and then impale kisame just like he did tsunade...church its easy to make your favorite charecter win if you want him to but if its against madara unless its the 1st no one is beating him in a 1v1

1st dont compare itachi's "STRONGEST" Fireball technique to Madara's fire tech. Secondly. EMS can easily place Kisame in genjutsu. also. Why would kisame work for someone weaker than himself? with his mentality, he would have tried to kill Madara already. Susanoo cancelled out with ONE shark bullet?. you say u arent a kisame fanboy..wow.
When more is revealed about Madara's powers...imma come back to this thread and see what you have for an argument. Afterall if MS was the shit, then EMS is nothing to take lightly.
