Kisame is one of the people with insane willpower the curse seal will be broken quick enough his ninjutsu will be absorbed. Danzo is fighting an downhill battle.

Yes he can since chakra level has nothing to do with breaking the seal. Sasuke broke it due to his chakra having special power, drove by emotion.

Samehada absorbs chakra exposed. Remember what happen with Asuma? It didnt absorb his chakra. And on top of it, two sharingan users didnt see chakra gather from his palm (which was why Obito tried to find out when he even placed it)

Kisame has enough chakra to spam water techs on Danzo. He may be worried about being trapped in genjutsu, but he'll notice the eyes closing the same way Sasuke did, Karin didn't even have to notify Sasuke, he figured it out.
