Danzō's trick is to outlast his opponent in terms of stamina and chakra, but the thing is, against a man with Bijū-level chakra, he's not outlasting anyone but getting outlasted himself. Even with no knowledge, he doesn't have anything in his arsenal that can kill Kisame instantaneously.

1. Absorbing: I have seen someone argued before, that characters with the ability to absorb chakra, are able to do it to Sealing Technique. It seems that this is false. Sealing is one of the exceptions of being cancel through absorption because of the way it "acts". It has the ability respond through certain commands/demands and even used to counter/block Chakra itself. The best evidence, to avoid elaboration, would be Killer Bee's

That whole fight was demonstrated in Kisame vs Bee and you can see it in SM Naruto vs Pein. If absorbing the seal is possible would mean that the seal for Naruto and Bee should of been broken, thus removing their tail beast from their bodies. Thus said, Sealing Jutsu CANNOT be absorbed.

Danzo only put a curse mark on Sasuke because Sasuke kept speed blitzing him so he couldn't undo Izanagi.

Kisame (in character) only used taijutsu against Asuma because Itachi and him weren't trying to bring attention to themselves.

Kisame stated when fighting Suigetsu that Samehada isn't meant for kenjutsu. Proves it even more.

Danzo isn't closing the distance between Kisame and himself, Kisame's tons of water will stop that.

Considering the fact he is able to use Izanagi 11 times
he has to get Kisame low on chakra and then use Root paralysis juinjutsu.
to restrict his movements.

The seal can be placed easily, the only thing he has to do is die once, and respawn

Jutsu's like Suirō Sameodori no Jutsu won't work since Danzo is just able to use Izanagi and spawn outside of it.
I'm not sure if Kuchiyose no jutsu: Baku can suck up Suiton but if that's the case Kisame is pretty much useless,
Fuuton:Slash can keep Kisame at distance since it was able to stop Susano's movements.

I firmly believe Danzo would win this fight High diff.

He won't be able to hold the seal against a man who has Bijū-level chakra, when MS Sasuke exhausted broke free. Also, he'd need to concentrate the chakra on his palms, when before even reaching him the chakra is absorbed.

If a Raiton enhanced weapon was intercepted, Samehada can easily absorb it even before it reaches him.​

Not even, kisame outlasts danzo even with his inzanagi, he will be on kisame's turf via lake having to evade sharks constantly, baku gets owned by large scale suitons. Then their's water dome.

Kisame overwhelms him.
