Tries to attack Gai and Lee kicks from behind. As soon as Lee kicked it, Samehada quickly returned

. Raikage's chakra gets absorbed. If he uses his hands, Samehada cuts him and returns to Kisame.

- If Kisame merges, I can't see Raikage winning at all.

- Base Raikage=/= Gai in taijutsu. As he's trying to get it with his armor, his chakra gets absorbed further weakening his attacks and defense.

Kisame is just a bad matchup.
