1st off - Kisame is a chakra monster already, he is called the Tailless Tailed Beast because he has bijuu-level chakra reserves. 30% Kisame was already spitting out lakes, it's ridiculous to assume he could only use water dome because he had Bee's chakra

2nd - The third Raikage is obviously a chakra monster if he can fight for three days straight, even Hashirama lasted a day.

Kisame beats him the exact same way he beat Killer Bee.

3rd Raikage is a bad matchup for Kisame. Raiton electrifies water, as seen with Ay and Suigetsu. If Kisame uses Suition, he will end up becoming electrified by Raiton; thus his body becomes paralysed and vunarable for Hell Stab. Raikage shits.

Kisame doesn't always start with Suiton, and Kisame isn't retarded either. Seeing a raiton cloak would most certainly lead him to attempting to suck out the Raikage's chakra with Samehada. And even if the Raikage does hit Kisame, Kisame can heal off any injuries.

He surely did againt Gai and his team, but that doesn't matter, since he will resort to Suiton later. Kisame accomplished that level healing after absorbing Hachibi's Chakra. Only Bijuu can heal injuries of that sort, and no indication that Samehada and Kisame can do.

Fair enough, but the scan does say that they do have the ability to heal, but probably not at that level without Bijuu chakra.
Nevertheless Kisame can still block the Sandaime's Nukite attacks with Samehada, considering his linear attack style. This would drastically decrease his chakra levels. In the event that Samehada gets broken or something of that nature, Kisame can use the Daikodan, which would absorb the raiton armor of the third Raikage, and potentially kill him.

no, the water dome was the size of a mountain valley, its not ridiculous at all.
the ''lake'' was more like a flooded super market/parking lot.
a smaller dome could just be electrocuted or super rai'ton shunshin'd out of...

The old man says Kisame absorbs his enemy's Chakra, and converts it into stamina. The Chakra Samehada absorbed from was so masdive that Kisame even noted it would be impossible to absorb, and his assumption was right. Gai and Lee were kicking Samehada from Kisame's hand, and given Raikage's immense speed, he can do the same.
